The Neighborhood is the first area you have access to, it has the most run down look of all the areas. This area is seperated into three parts.
1st Section: the bus stop, your apartment and the Starbeans of this area can be located in this section.
2nd Section: Wasted (the karaoke bar), Arnie's Office and Shirley's place can be located in this section.
3rd Section: Law Firm and Channel 9 KTV Studios.
Dating (Energy, Cost & Location)
In the Neighborhood you can only go on a date in one place, Wasted.
