Pets are available to buy at the Downtown pet store, Mister Pets, or at the pet store, The Emerald Chinchilla, in The Hills. The price varies between 
Cash and 
Stars for each pet. They give you 
XP and 
Energy when you tap them every once in a while. Also some pets are only available to live in certain homes.
