Dialogue

Hit The Bay
(Your Name)! How are you?

1. Speech Good! Energy 13
2. Speech (Come back later.)

It was nice to hear from Charlene again. My older brother used to date her back in the day, you know.

Anyway, what can I do for you? I assume you're here to talk about "Love at Death," which - I should say - will probably be renamed "Death Love."
Speech (Mention Luiz.)

Ah! Yes... well... here's where I stand: I know that with the controversy surrounding the novel and having you as the star, people will flock to this film regardless of its content.

And I know Mitch can make a film that will entertain a particularly profitable demographic, and bring in a nice return on the studio's investment.

As a businessman, I ask you: What's wrong with that?
1. Speech Nothing...
2. Speech Artistic Integrity.

1. Exactly! Don't get me wrong: I have nothing but respect for Waleuela and Karddyna; this film, however, will not be an art house film.

2. Oh, that! Unfortunately, artistic integrity doesn't make the world go 'round.

Don't get me wrong: I have nothing but respect for Waleuela and Karddyna; this film, however, will not be an art house film.

They are free to complain, quit, and be fired, but as long as I have YOU - my star! My wallet and I are happy!
a. Speech Makes sense.
b. Speech (Threaten to quit.)

a. ??

b. You'd quit the project over this? Really? You can make more money making this a mainstream film...
Speech Not about the money!

Isn't everything? Well... without your star power... hm...
Speech Well?

I can't say very many people have stood up to me like that.

You'll find there's no extra money to made in it, but you and your band of "artists" can make this film.

I'll let Mitch know that I'm fast-tracking "Untitled Robot Action Film" for him instead...
Speech Okay...
